Seeking WiFi recommendations

We're looking for a solid, dependable WIFi setup that will provide a strong signal for streaming, computer, phone, etc. We're pre-wired for Winegard Gateway GW-1000 4G LTE, but negative reviews have us doubting this is the best approach. Any thoughts/recommendations/advice would be greatly appreciated. Happy Travels!

This past year we were on the road for 6 months we used the WG1000 in our Georgetown Motorhome, So now that we have a 395DS I installed the WG1000. I have put my own sims card in it from my cell phone company ($15,00 a month for the line) I can get on the internet and i was able to stream tv using Roku

Its more expensive, but we also use Starlink... works great anywhere, doesnt depend on cell service. Sometimes, we can even get on/off reception through trees.

I use the Winegard WifiRanger Osprey with the ATT prepaid $55/100GB plan. The Osprey is also a pricey unit at $500 but gets much better reviews than the GW-1000. I had in in my last unit and it worked fine for us in our travels so I moved it to our new Alliance. It mounts up same as the GW-1000.

i want to install cameras on the outside and 2 instead my 5th wheel. also want to use the plan for TV. does anyone know if 100 GB is enough per month?

We use Starlink with eero for a mesh network. The eero units we has already when we sold the house. Zero network issues with great speeds throughout the rig. Work from home with a vpn and heavy data coupled with streaming/ gaming.

If you play your cards right (& qualify) you can find a vendor that offers military discounts on the hardware.

We use the Verizon Home Internet premium. Unless you go in an area with no phone service (Smokies, desert, etc.) we usually have 300 Mbps down and 20 Mbps up. It is $65 a month, unlimited data and not throttled. No equipment cost. A small box that fits in a window, no external antenna, no contract. 5G if available, then it drops to 4G.

Just a gut feeling based on nothing empirical but it will probably *not* be enough for streaming four HD cameras 24/7. For reference a 2 hour HD movie is about 4-8gb. (4 cameras x 2gb/hr x 24 hours x 30 days = 5,760gb)

Do the cameras actually stream 24/7? Most cameras only stream when activated or when they sense motion.
They are not constantly streaming 24/7/365.
Your typical Ring camera does not stream all day everyday.

I use T Mobile home Internet. $50/month unlimited. No equipment costs. Has very good internal antenna AND external 4X4 MIMO antenna ports. I replaced my rooftop winegard air 360+ with the newer 5g one that has 4X4 MIMO antenna - have only been in one boondocking location in the rockies that we had to divert due to no service and needing to work. I stream teams calls all day for work while the kids stream tv.
