I am a new 370FB owner and I had a slide issue this morning. Slide would not go in, because 1 motor wasn't engaging. While the wife freaked out, I calmly pulled out the tablet and played the slide video. Had it fixed in 10 minutes. One of the connectors had no slack and was making a bad connection. I reversed the two connectors and off I went. The toggle switch on the panel now works in reverse, but I at least know what to fix before next trip.
