What to know about Rally Registration

REGISTRATION OPENS JANUARY 23rd, 2023

• Rally registration is planned for Monday, January 23rd at 1 pm Eastern

• Rally Registration will be done online
  When registration is open, a link to the registration page will be posted on the Alliance RV Group Facebook page and on the Rally Registration website.

• A Venue Map has been developed that depicts Camping Areas and Rally Activity areas
  Follow this link to download the Venue Map document (PDF). Study the document and make a priority order of camping area selections. This will serve you well during registration in the event your preferred area is sold out.

• A Registration Checklist has been developed
  We strongly suggest you download the checklist, print it out, do your rally research and complete the checklist by hand. By doing so, you'll be ready to go once registration is launched. Follow this link to download the Checklist.

Please be aware of some easy to overlook registration issues that could prevent you from adding your registration to the cart or complete the registration and billing process.

Camping Area Selection
While we’ve asked everyone to choose their top 3 Camping Area choices. Having these choices ready will allow you to quickly move through the Camping Area options, should some of them be sold-out when you register. You will only select a single Camping Area during the registration process.

All Fields are Required on the Registration Page
Responses are required for all 11 fields on the registration page.

Cancellation Policy Acknowledgement
At the bottom of the Rally Registration page, just above the Add to Cart button, our Cancellation Policy is listed and registrants are required to check the box acknowledging the policy before they can add their registration to the cart.

All Fields are Required on the Checkout page
Responses are required for all billing details on the checkout page.

Terms and Conditions Acknowledgement
At the bottom of the Checkout page, just above the Place Order button, a link to our Website Terms and Conditions policy is listed and registrants are required to check the box acknowledging the policy before they can place their order.

Hey Jim, have a quick question. We were just reviewing the process for signing up for the rally on Monday. When I clicked on the rally sign in it asked for my password but then did nothing. I’m guessing it’s because it won’t open until 1pm on Monday but wanted to be sure. And the password needed will be the same one I used last year, correct?

I suggest you click on My Account, then try to sign into your account. Use the same password you setup last year. If that doesn't work, do a password reset. If that doesn't work, email me and I will set a new password for you.

Yes, my password worked to get into my account. So I’m guessing the sign in to the actual registration is just locked and not accepting a password until Monday at 1. Just wanted to be sure as we don’t want any hiccups when trying to sign up for the rally.

As a reminder to those who plan to join us, public registration opens tomorrow, Monday, January 23rd at 1 pm eastern. The registration process starts here: https://www.alliancervowners.com/rally/
Note that if you try to access the Rally Registration product prior to the public registration launch, it asks for a password. This indicates the item is password-locked and not yet available. This password field will disappear at 1 pm tomorrow, January 23rd at 1 pm eastern.

CAMPING
Did you know that you can camp at the rally venue for up to 3 days prior to rally day 1? We strongly encourage all attendees to arrive at least 1 day prior to rally day 1. CHECKLIST

GOLF CARTS
Registration for Golf Cart rental will happen at some point in February. If you plan to rent a golf cart, please add yourself to the Golf Cart Rental Waitlist. RV & TRUCK CLEANING

Complimentary Minor Rally Service Work requests will be taken starting February 6th. The service request form will appear at that time at this link: https://www.alliancervowners.com/rally/service/
