Rally Cancellation Policy

Below is the Cancellation Policy in effect for this rally.

• Cancellations made on or before March 25, 2022 will qualify for a refund of rally fees paid from your purchases on this site, less $50.
• Cancellations made after March 25, 2022 will NOT qualify for a refund.

I have a bittersweet situation - we need to cancel. Need to find out how to do that. I'm fairly heartbroken- but it was a choice of 3 months in the mountains at a prime fishing lake vs. attending the rally.

Hi Lynn - I saw your cancellation request come through and I will be processing it next. I'll issue you a refund less the cancellation fee per the policy. For your nights following the rally, you just need to call the Fair office to cancel those.
