New this year - bought a used 2021 310RL

Ron & Karen here. in Vancouver WA. Have taken our 310RL out twice. As a used rig it has seen some hard use already from the previous owner. We are endeavoring to bring it up to snuff to do some longer trips. I have enjoyed several tips and tricks already from this forum. Just got it back today from the RV place we bought it and while they did some of the work we asked for it was disapointing in what they didn't address.

I think it is very common to be disappointed in the work an RV shop does or doesn't do.

Congrats - it seems like RV shops that care about your rig as much as you do or the actual factory are few and far between. We had warranty work done one time at a dealership and they broke more things than they "fixed". We took it there for the convenience but it was not worth the time saved.
