It was a generic PDI. I received more information from watching YouTube videos. I haven’t taken the rig back to General. I have managed to fix most of the issues we had/have.

I hope you have better luck then my friend who bought from General. He did not purchase an Alliance. I would think his complaint of once they got his money they never got back to him about his repair list, probably is representative of their service and follow-up on issues, regardless of brand. He bought his camper at 2021 show maybe they've changed.........
