We choose our 42V13 because of the side patio - we use it ALL the time. My suggestiom would be do a Hybrid of it with your newest plan that has the new full bath in the garage. Close up the patio door from the kitchen so you can have that space for the bathroom, you wouldnt be loosing any space in the garage. We really only use 1 door to enter and exit anyway because the other is usually blocked by a little cooking table on our patio. Just a thought!
