Greystone digital oven trouble

We have a 2023 Alliance Valor and our oven just stopped working recently. The oven was lit once but never cooked with. The model is the Greystone CF-RV21B-D1. I have verified the unit is getting 14v at the wires in the back. However nothing works, ignition, lights, digital display, leds, nothing that is 12v supplied. I can manually lite the top burners but not able to get the oven lit. If anyone can offer any insight into this it would be greatly appreciated.

I've had this same problem with or 2022 Valor. The digital screen and whole front panel is $350. I haven't repaired ours yet as I'm considering replacing the whole range for one without the digital control.
