Fulltime 310RL and we're connected to our 50amp service continually. OK? Does the charging system in this reduce to rig trickle charge with a full battery?

Take a look at page 3 of the manual for what is likely the converter you have in your power center. The converter has 3 charging levels it goes through, based on battery voltage. Here's the link.
