Is it possible to charge lithium batteries with the factory setup on a 2022 Paradigm 390MP?

Yes - the converter in the Breaker/Fuse panel is switchable to Li for Lithium. That said, like all charging circuits, is has a maximum output. I believe we use 60A converters. I'd be okay with this on maybe 200Ah of LiFePO4 but beyond that, you may want to look into a beefier charger.
