Just took delivery of our 385FL yesterday in Western New York. Outside temperature was in mid 30s, thermostat set for 75°. Inside temperature stayed around 68. Checked bedroom and master bathroom vents for hot air flow. Bedroom had very little heat coming from the vent and bathroom vent was completely cold. Any iDeeres???

Unscrew the access panel on the left side of your front pass thru storage and take a looksee. Might have ducting that blew off and just needs to be reattached.

I have a 2021 310RL and wasn’t getting any heat in the living room and I found that the duct was not attached to the heater. The hose was too short. I had to get a dryer hose from Home Depot. Easy fix and works great now.

We have a 385 and one of the ducts was detached - discovered before we needed it. I saw it when I had the water access panel removed, it was a 4 inch open hole on the back of the furnace. The duct was simply not inserted and required a twist to connect.

We did use the heat this spring in 30 degree weather - the 42,000 BTU furnace works well (and also eats propane). We supplement the furnace with the fireplace and small electric heaters when necessary.
